Lauren, A.K.A. “Pizza Ball Lady,” grew up in the Dallas area. Her love of good food, family, and fun led her to enter the mom and pop catering business by establishing Concetta’s Italian Kitchen. She cooks to honor and share the Italian-American traditions and culture she grew up with.
Lauren’s dad, A.K.A. “Papa,” grew up in Mt. Vernon, NY and is Concetta’s sous chef. He continually reinforces the importance of “good food, good family, and good wine.”
Krystal is a Texas native who grew up making traditional tamales and pecan pies with her mother. In addition to cooking tirelessly for you at Concetta's, she is a mom of three, a middle school teacher by day, and a street taco food truck aficionado by night.
Colleen and Lauren have been raising their families together for more than 15 years and have known each other longer. Colleen is a foodie from Colorado who makes handmade treats for her family each week.
When she cooks, Melane puts love into every dish she makes. She’s from around these parts and is known for her delicious southern cooking and banana pudding. In addition to being a gluten and dairy-free expert, Melane is a mom to two boys and works as a local school nurse.
In addition to cooking up Concetta’s weekly menu items, Nancy moonlight’s as Concetta’s Event Catering Director, and can help you plan a dinner party or special event down to the tiniest detail. Nancy is a mom of four and a dear friend who tells us how to properly use ellipses and reminds us to do restorative yoga pose.
Ella is Colleen’s daughter and one of Concetta’s Pizza Ball pro-rollers. She is also a pro roller at Rock Hill High School, where she plays Varsity Soccer.
Kaley is our youngest Kitchen Manager and keeps us all in line. She is a percussionist and FFA member at Rock Hill High School.
