Florentine Crepes with Chicken, Spinach, Peppers and Mushrooms

Crepes are stuffed with garlic sautéed vegetables, chicken, cheese and topped with a lemon cream sauce. This pasta is a lovely all in one dish and freezes fabulously if you want to stock up and throw one into the freezer.
