This is a lovely seasonal salad, fancy enough for Thanksgiving. Mixed greens, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese are tossed together with a sweet Maple dressing. Naturally Gluten Free. Feeds 4-6
